1.This product is specially designed for connecting DI pipes. The connect range is from DN60-DN300. If the customer has special requirements we can design and manufactured.<\/span>
\n2.The simplicity and versatility of this product makes the product very easy to install and the entire line can be installed in a running pipeline. It will avoid the shut down the whole pipeline line during saddles installation,which can bring great convenience to customers.<\/span>
\n3.Product design and manufacturing in accordance with ISO9001: 2008 system. we use ductile iron material as the main body of product, surface corrosion materials is authenticated by WRAS certification. making it suitable for drinking water.<\/span>
\n4.\u00a0We provide gaskets of EPDM, NBR, and SBR, bolts and nuts of carbon steel and stainless steel, etc., long-term anti-rust protection. For this product we provide excellent protection from transportation, warehousing, anti-corrosion at site.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.Check the saddle package, if any accessories was lost during transport.<\/span><\/div>\n
2. Check the diameter and casting marks of the pipe and check the type of model of the saddle, to make sure you use the right products.<\/span><\/div>\n
3.Thoroughly clean the pipe surface that will use the pipe saddle, brush suitable gasket lubricant for roughened pipes to ensure that the product is well sealed.<\/span><\/div>\n
4.Loosen the saddle bolt to separate the two part of products.<\/span><\/div>\n
5.Positioning saddle on the pipe, make sure thread outlet is in the correct position.<\/span><\/div>\n
6.The bore holes of saddle\u2019s two parts should be aligned to ensure the gasket is parallel to the pipes surface.<\/span><\/div>\n
