The simplicity and versatility of this product makes the product very easy to install and the entire line can be installed in a stressful manner. It eliminates the need to shut down the entire line during the product installation, can bring great convenience to customers. 3. Product design and manufacture according to BS, EN, ISO9001:2008 system and surface anti-corrosion material through the most stringent WRAS certification, so it can be used for drinking water. 4. We provide EPDM, SBR, NBR rubber pad and carbon steel/stainless steel bolts for long term rust protection.

1.Check the saddle for damage, if any accessories was lost during transport. 2. Check the diameter and range of the pipe And check the type of model of the saddle, to make sure you use the right products. 3.Thoroughly clean the pipe surface that will use the pipe clip. Suitable gasket lubricant for roughened pipes to ensure that the product is well sealed. 4.Loosen the saddle bolt and bolt to separate the two part of products. 5. Positioning saddle on the pipe, thread outlet is in the correct position. 6.The next two parts of saddle should be alignment bolts holes and tighten the bolts to ensure that the gasket is parallel with the external. 7. Tighten the bolt and tighten the bolt with a wrench as required. The bolt is evenly exchanged with a torque of 15-20 pounds / feet each time.
