1. The main function of this product is to open a branch pipe or install the faucet or water meter in any part of the pipeline temporarily after the completion of the installation of the whole pipeline and already running. Quick removal of the product, the installation of only one wrench, torque wrench to tighten high-strength steel or stainless steel connection bolt is one of the most important features of the series. 2. This product is specially designed for connecting DI pipes. The connect range is from DN50-DN315.The customer has some special requirements for the product that can also be designed and manufactured to meet customer requirements. 3. The simplicity and versatility of this product makes the product very easy to install and the entire line can be installed in a stressful manner. It eliminates the need to shut down the entire line during the entire product installation without the interruption for pipeline, can bring great convenience to customers. 4. Product design and manufacture according to BS, EN, ISO, 9001:2008 system and surface anti-corrosion material through the most stringent WRAS certification, so it can be used for drinking water. 5. We provide EPDM, SBR, SBR rubber pad and carbon steel/stainless steel bolts for long term rust protection.

1.Prepare for the patch device installation. 2.Draw the length of the repair device on both sides of the leak point, and try to center the leak point. 3.Insert the rubber sleeve so that the leak point is centered. 4.Symmetrically mount the guard plate, the shell steel plate, and the bolts. 5.Tighten the bolts evenly until the leakage stops. 6.Installation complete.
